Rachel Fabish is one of the Property Managers based in the New Plymouth and wider area, she is confident and very experienced in this role, starting her career in the industry in 2010. Rachel’s strengths include excellent communication skills with all clients and attention to detail. She has a low rent arrears tolerancy, delivers inspection reports on time and attends to maintenance requests in a timely fashion. She is firm, but fair in her role. Rachel understands that she is looking after her clients investments, and this shows in how she manages the portfolio.
