Engaging a real estate agent can sometimes be a bit of a lottery, you never really know what they are going to be like until they start working for you. Like any industry, there are varying degrees of ability and professionalism.

For me, real estate is much more than just selling homes, it’s a process of helping people achieve the right results for them.
