I just wanted to send you this email to thank you for all your hard work and wise decision making while you have been caring for my two units and their respective tenants. I have to admit that when I initially went to your firm, I had reservations about getting someone to care for them, as I had heard horror stories of how things can go pear shaped very quickly and the case managers do very little. This is definitely not the case with your expect professionalism and care. Often you have emailed me with a request or concern from one of the tenants and also come up with a resolution to the problem/concern with the best way to move forward not only for me but the tenant as well. This is a hard act to juggle and you have managed it with precise efficiency and I can only but continue to recommend you for the service that you do.
